Anna Murphree
Mrs. Murphree is the team leader of Valley Head High School's ELL-PDA SIOP team. She teaches ELL for grades 5 and 8-12, English 9, and reading intervention for grade 3. This is Mrs. Murphree's seventh school year working with ELL students.
Mrs. Murphree received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, majoring in Secondary Education, with concentrations in English and pre-K through 12 ESL. She received her Master's Degree and Educational Specialist Degree from Jacksonville State University in Educational Administration.
Mrs. Murphree is married to Keith, a production manager for a local video production company. She has a son, Benjamin, and a stepson, Matthew. Anna, Keith, and their boys have a Boston Terrier, Max.
